Everyone, let's welcome Chris (the real one) into the Immortals!

... and with this, I can officially declare that all is right with the world.
Have you ever been in a game with _Surya_, where in a tough moment you need to ask him for some help, and you hit the enter key to open up the chat box... only to stumble upon an even greater issue -- how do you call him? Do you start with a "Slam?" A "Chris?" Or perhaps it's a "Surya?"
30 seconds into this debacle, with your mind frantically wrestling in picking out a name, and now you more behind than ever, in a moment of desperation you just blurt out whatever color he is -- "p5! help!" -- only by then it is too late. The moment's lost. The game is over.
Well, never again shall you have to suffer through that dreadful experience!
Everyone, let's welcome Chris into our team! He will be using the id _OrCuS_ -- for you lazy basterds: that's the god of the underworld, the Roman Hades.
So, a recap: No more confusion; slam shall forever be known as slam, Chris as Chris, world order is restored, and we are now stronger than ever!

WCL 7 - The Immortals advance to Grand Final Stage!
September 3, 2011 at 11:49 pmWe are happy to announce that The Immortals defeat VNS to advance to the Grand Final stage. Thanks to Ra, Ares, Raiden, Surya, and Mars for showing up and getting us the W. We are now in the group of elite clans of AOC. Let's not get comfortable yet because we still have a lot of work to do!

4:2 -- that was the final score of the battles we've endured and eventually overcome on Saturday!
Great games overall. As always, lots of moments to critique, learn from, and on occasion, enjoy ^^.
Big thanks to _Ra_ for coming ahead of this whole scheduling mess.
And to _Surya_ (sleep deprived sob), _Mars_ (despite first showing up wasted) and _Raiden_ for bringing this set home!

[WCL7] Group Stage Round 1 - Immortals 5:0 Arg B

After a lot of scheduling problems, and me not being to make it, the games were played starting on Sunday at 17:00 GMT.
Arg B are the guys that knocked us out from RTSL last season, and knocked me+fosse+sletten out from LMA with their innovative strategies and strict attention to rules.
A big thanks to _Ra_, _Osiris_, _Raiden_, _Surya_ and _Athena_ for making it and bringing home a 5-0 result!
